Description

You will manage the separation and transfer of Microsoft sensitivity labeling and enforcement policies for NewCo operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and update the SOW, roadmap, and project plan, documenting all scope or schedule changes.
• Coordinate with IAM to configure Safe Data exception groups for USB, fileshare, and webmail use cases.
• Partner with ServiceNow to replicate and automate exception intake, integrating it with IAM workflows.
• Produce a Safe Data Exception inventory mapping migration needs for in-scope users.
• Deliver project artifacts including runbooks, training materials, and monthly/quarterly status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data protection, privacy, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft sensitivity labeling technologies, specifically MS Purview.
• Practical knowledge of IAM, ServiceNow, Security Engineering, and End User Services.
• Ability to define methodologies for configuring and migrating sensitivity labels and enforcement policies.
• Strong analytical skills with clear written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Law, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of regional data protection considerations relevant to the project.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technical teams to drive separation activities.
