Description

job responsibilities include:

Configure and manage BigID connectors across enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and S3/Iceberg environments.

Design, implement, and maintain Immuta access control policies, including RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC frameworks.

Build and optimize data classification models using regex, machine learning-based classifiers, and named entity recognition techniques.

Integrate Immuta with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and SCIM for identity-driven policy enforcement.

Develop and support BigID-to-Immuta metadata and tag synchronization processes along with downstream governance integrations.

Support policy-as-code and CI/CD deployment processes for governance and security policy management.

Validate and monitor policy enforcement across data consumption platforms such as Power BI and SAS.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in data security, data governance, or data protection engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Immuta configuration

Policy setup and management

RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC

BigID integration and configuration

Experience implementing enterprise data governance and access control frameworks.

Strong understanding of data classification, metadata management, and security controls.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and governance solutions.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Snowflake

Experience with Databricks

Experience with AWS S3 and Apache Iceberg

Familiarity with Atlan, Collibra, or Informatica IDMC

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code deployment models

Exposure to highly regulated industries and enterprise compliance initiatives
