Description

You will own the enterprise data security strategy and implementation program, securing sensitive data using advanced protection techniques.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop security requirements and specifications for data security policies.
• Design, configure, and implement data security tool stacks across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Deploy Protegrity Vaultless Tokenisation, Encryption, and Masking solutions for PII, PHI, and PCI data.
• Work with API security and Protegrity SDKs to support microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Protegrity configurations for performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience implementing data security and compliance requirements.
• 4+ years designing and implementing data security policies, controls, and governance.
• 2+ years experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on integration of data security in cloud environments, specifically AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, and GCP KMS.
• Proficiency in encryption techniques such as AES, FPE, TDE, and PKI.
• Strong conceptual and hands-on experience with tokenisation, data masking, RBAC/ABAC, auditing, and monitoring.
• Experience administering Data Security/Privacy/Governance platforms, including policy configuration.
• Experience with Protegrity tokenisation frameworks (must-have).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
