You will design data and workflow strategies to drive business performance and actionable insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and analytics strategies focused on advanced analytics, data platforms, and architecture.
• Collaborate with CIOs and VP-level stakeholders to build corporate-wide data platforms for analytical use cases.
• Assess current business processes to propose improvements and define target data and application blueprints.
• Formulate business cases and conduct client interviews to present findings and strategic recommendations.
• Optimize existing data systems and technologies to improve organizational data maturity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy and information management.
• Proven experience with workflow digitization tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Slack.
• Experience designing and creating Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Predictive Data models.
• Functional understanding of the capabilities and limitations of ML modeling and data science.
• Expertise in interpreting data analysis to develop strategic action plans.
• Experience in process re-engineering and evaluating technology workflows.
• Strong ability in proposal development and technical report generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze big data and stay current with industry tool changes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process mining.
