You will design and implement scalable, multi-tenant data architectures specifically for Life Sciences and Pharma data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures and multi-tenant platforms for Life Sciences and Healthcare data.
• Define MDM integration strategies to harmonize patient data and establish golden records for commercial, clinical, and RWE datasets.
• Lead data quality initiatives to ensure validated patient data across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure all data platforms meet FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in data architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Snowflake, including performance tuning, cost optimization, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts, including Fact/Dimension modeling, Type 1/Type 2 SCD, and Data Mart design.
• Strong experience with DBT, Python, SSIS, Informatica, or PowerCenter for high-volume ETL/ELT.
• Proven ability in designing Conformed Dimensions via MDM integration.
• Experience with metadata-driven and modular data processing for large-scale patient data aggregation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS-based data solutions such as Data Lake, Event Hubs, Lambda, or Glue.
• Expertise in data orchestration, scheduling, and workflow automation for batch and real-time pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Lake, Event Hubs, Lambda, or Glue on Azure or AWS.
