Design and lead enterprise data platform architectures, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and execution-ready solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, processing, storage, serving, cataloging, and lifecycle management.
• Design and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using PySpark for performance and cost efficiency.
• Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate proof-of-concepts to ensure production readiness and compliance.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership to mitigate technical debt and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or enterprise platform leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with PySpark for large-scale data processing and optimization.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for data modeling, integration, and querying.
• Proven track record of architecting enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with platform optimization and observability across enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
