Description

You will design and evolve data products using modern software engineering practices and automated delivery tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging elasticity, serverless, and containerization.
• Implement security principles like defense in depth and blast radius reduction.
• Conduct impact assessments for risk, capacity, and cost, including run costs.
• Develop architecture inputs for governance covering privacy, security, and records management.
• Support operational teams with fault finding and performance resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture.
• Proficiency with Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kafka and data in motion.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of data principles including integrity, lineage, and quality assessment.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Ability to automate manual processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically the SAM Pro module.
