Role Overview
Seeking a Data Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience architecting enterprise-scale customer data solutions on AWS, with expertise in Customer Identity Resolution, Identity Graphs, Customer 360, data integration, and real-time data movement.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the identity graph being set up by Axciom, including data collection using tags and matching logic optimization.

Architect all uses of the identity graph and own enterprise-wide customer data movement architecture.

Own the roadmap for customer data strategy and lead or support technical milestones for its rollout.

Help the enterprise build a “data subway map” for customer data.

Collaborate with analytics and data teams to improve customer data accuracy and digital tracking capabilities.

Design solutions to support Media operations as needed.

Work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills
10+ years architecting enterprise-scale data solutions on AWS using S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and event-driven architectures.

Scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud data platform architecture.

Customer Identity Resolution, Identity Graphs, Customer 360, and Customer Profile Unification.

Enterprise Customer Data Architecture, Data Integration, APIs, and Real-Time Data Movement.

Digital Data Collection, Tag Management, Customer Analytics, and Tracking Frameworks.

Data Science.

Nice to Have
MarTech, CDP, Media Operations, Audience Activation, and Customer Segmentation.

AWS Architect Certification.

Generic Managerial Skills
Customer Data Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership.
