Description

Design and maintain internal data solutions for structural test labs, supporting data warehouse, BI, and governance needs. You will translate operational requirements into durable data products and ensure data quality, traceability, and controlled access.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain Power BI reporting capabilities, including curated datasets, semantic alignment, and refresh strategies.
• Develop M365-based solutions using SharePoint for data and process workflows, ensuring proper permissions and information organization.
• Drive automation and workflow digitization using Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce manual effort and standardize processes.
• Integrate datasets from multiple sources using enterprise tools, emphasizing reuse, scalability, and maintainability.
• Apply version control (Git) and CI/CD practices to manage solution artifacts and promote repeatable delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data solutions, analytics, data architecture, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and governed dataset management.
• Experience building solutions with Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint (lists, libraries, permissions).
• Strong skills in Power Apps and Power Automate for requirements through deployment and sustainment.
• Understanding of data management fundamentals: data definitions, quality, access control, and lineage.
• Experience using Git in a team environment for version control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must meet U.S. Person requirements; no visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating data across data warehouse or data lake environments (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with master/reference data concepts, governance workflows, and Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environments).
