Description

You design and maintain enterprise reporting data models, semantic layers, and scalable data architecture standards for US-based operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design fact and dimension models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets that support business KPIs, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
• Develop scalable data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and metadata standards including naming conventions and documentation.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and data engineering teams to design efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and integration workflows.
• Partner with business users to define metrics and reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues, ensure security and compliance, and mentor report developers and data analysts on modeling best practices.

Required Skills

• Data Architect experience with 15+ years in data modeling and enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in Power BI for creating reusable data assets and reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proven ability to create scalable data models supporting operational reporting and analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, metadata standards, and security compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data structures.
