Description

You will manage data entry, dataset lifecycles, and order tracking to ensure accuracy and real-time updates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry, commissioning, and decommissioning processes to maintain relevant datasets.
• Organize, clean, and manage large datasets, including transferring data from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics with proper field mapping.
• Track orders and provide real-time status updates and communication to clients.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to identify patterns and trends.
• Train and mentor team members on data best practices and Excel proficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data management or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and Macros.
• Proven experience in data commissioning and decommissioning.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to derive insights and identify inconsistencies.
• Experience with Supply Chain workflows and inventory record tracking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client engagement and team mentoring.
• High attention to detail for data validation and system-based reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management leadership roles.
• Background in order tracking and client relationship management.
