Description

You optimize manufacturing processes and ensure data quality to improve efficacy and productivity. You act as a data steward, defining requirements for the analytics platform and supporting enterprise-wide data governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document standard manufacturing execution processes and analyse performance adherence.
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methods.
• Ensure data quality and validate data usability with Data and IT teams.
• Define requirements for adding data to the analytics platform and maintain data governance standards.
• Support existing process automation, Power BI reports, and data literacy sustainment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming.
• Proven experience in process standardization, data governance, and data quality management.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Databricks, Fabric).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Python, Java, or VBA.
• Familiarity with data catalog tools like Purview and Lean Six Sigma certification.
