Description

You will manage data processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity within a financial services context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to extract key insights and inform decision-making.
• Remediate data issues, including duplicate removal and addressing imperfections.
• Develop and implement data processes to maintain accuracy and monitor quality.
• Collaborate with IT development programs to guide technical decisions and approaches.
• Train and advocate for core data management principles across internal groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the finance vertical or with financial systems.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Working knowledge of MDM systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other database query languages.
• Experience in developing and implementing data processes.
• Knowledge of data quality assurance principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder education.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a relevant field.
