Description

As the Data Domain Lead for finance, you own data management, governance, and quality across the finance domain. You lead the end-to-end data strategy, documenting KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytics needs. You certify source systems of record and define data requirements for the Enterprise Data Hub. You curate the data catalog, including the business glossary, rules, and quality metrics. You partner with Data Analysts to define quality standards and work with IT to implement them. You manage a core subject area team spanning Enterprise Architecture, Data Delivery, and Reporting/Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data strategy for the finance domain.
• Identify and certify source systems of record.
• Curate the data catalog and marketplace assets.
• Define data quality standards and oversee implementation.
• Manage cross-functional subject area teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with global or regional stakeholders.
• Operational finance subject matter expertise (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, Sales Reporting).
• Functional knowledge of planning and budget processes.
• Experience with ERP, Planning, and Consolidation tools.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI.
• Direct experience with Data Governance tools, preferably Collibra.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage concurrent initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
