Description

You will manage the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of master and product data to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and manage master data within ERP and integrated solutions to meet established service levels.
• Audit data accuracy and enhance data quality to ensure compliance with SOX and Quality audit requirements.
• Collaborate with data owners and functional groups to ensure data completeness and clarity during entry into MDM and PLM systems.
• Identify process or data weaknesses and suggest logical improvements to EDM leadership.
• Provide testing support for system upgrades, break-fixes, and enhancements, including integration testing.

Required Skills

• 0 to 2 years of experience with ERP systems or master data management (MDM) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and data governance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple data objects.
• Logical, process-based approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate technical data requirements clearly in writing and orally.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of CPG manufacturing processes.
