You will lead design sessions with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to produce design documentation and business metadata capture. Responsibilities Lead discussions across business organizations to document business logic and data sources. Define data quality rules and implement automated monitoring, reporting, and remediation solutions. Perform data discovery, exploratory data analysis, cleaning, and processing to ensure high data quality. Manage Open Data efforts to ensure data is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). Partner with Data Governance to ensure data security and appropriate access management. Support data migrations from legacy systems and coordinate the resolution of data support tickets. Create mapping documents, templates, and technical documentation to improve existing processes. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in data stewardship or related roles. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and profiling. Experience with Big Data Cloud Compute and NoSQL technologies. Hands-on experience with ETL applications and Pipeline Pilot. Ability to design data catalogs, including metadata structures and object relations. Experience building and supporting APIs using resource-based design principles. Proven ability to deliver detailed technical documentation. Strong knowledge of data management best practices and data quality frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
