Description

You will manage data quality, governance policy adherence, and the lifecycle of critical data elements. You act as a policy expert, educating management on governance implications and ensuring new use cases align with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation for audit and regulatory feedback.
• Identify, define, and maintain critical data elements and Business Glossary content.
• Partner with management to develop and maintain the critical data element roadmap.
• Support regulatory reporting by coordinating with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, and technology teams.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment with governance policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Data Governance and Data Stewardship.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra.
• Proficiency in metadata management.
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues.
• Experience managing critical data element roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree.
