Description

You will own enterprise data governance policies, ensuring proper data lifecycle management, classification, and control execution. You will identify, assess, and mitigate data risks across customer, booking, partner, and servicing domains. You will oversee governance for third-party data exchanges, ensuring lineage, controls, and accountability align with enterprise requirements. You will partner with Data Stewards, product teams, engineering, and Business Unit Data Office roles to establish clear ownership of critical data elements. You will lead data lineage documentation and quality initiatives, defining and monitoring controls to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You will develop dashboards and metrics to track governance maturity and support incident investigations and remediation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of enterprise data governance policies and standards across TLS.
  • Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of data risks across key data domains.
  • Oversee governance for third-party data exchanges, ensuring proper lineage and controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish clear ownership and stewardship of critical data elements.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to track data governance maturity and support incident remediation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data risk, or data controls.
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data lineage, data quality, metadata, and data ownership.
  • Experience working with complex data ecosystems and third-party data integrations.
  • Ability to implement data controls aligned with enterprise policies and standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in defining and implementing data quality initiatives.
  • Experience in data incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
