You will ensure day-to-day compliance with Enterprise Data Governance policies and drive data quality remediation within assigned business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive remediation of audit and regulatory feedback.
• Identify and define critical data elements and maintain associated Business Glossary content.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure new use cases align with data governance policies.
• Partner with managers to develop and manage the critical data element roadmap.
• Support regulatory reporting by coordinating with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Steward or similar data management role.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Quality Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in data architecture and/or data modeling.
• 2–5 years of experience working with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
• Intermediate competency in SQL and Python or a related programming language.
• Working knowledge of data governance concepts including metadata, lineage, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the Travel Industry.
