You enable and support compliance with enterprise data policies within designated business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify data risks and associated controls for key business processes, focusing on Record Retention, Data Quality, and Data Protection.
• Develop training materials and educate the organization on Record Retention and Deletion procedures.
• Interpret enterprise data policies for teams, serving as the policy expert for the business unit.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure new use cases adhere to established data policies.
• Partner with the Data Steward Manager to develop and manage the data compliance roadmap.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience ensuring compliance with Record Retention and Deletion policies.
• 2–5 years of Data Quality Management experience.
• Strong familiarity with data architecture and/or data modeling concepts.
• Intermediate understanding of Data Management and Data Governance concepts (metadata, lineage, data quality).
• 2–5 years of experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence and engage cross-functionally at multiple levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
