Description

You will support enterprise analytics by investigating data gaps, maintaining Power BI solutions, and enabling business users through training and technical guidance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX and optimized data models.
• Investigate data gaps, booking practices, and process issues while performing periodic data validation and quality control checks.
• Facilitate training sessions, demos, and testing activities with business users and power users on self-service tools.
• Provide ongoing user support, including issue escalation and how-to guidance for data consumption.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to represent the delivery in power user meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or BI support roles.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX (measures, optimization, calculated tables) and Power Query for data transformation.
• Advanced data modeling skills using fact/dimension design, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, views, window functions, and null handling.
• Experience connecting Power BI to SQL Server, SAP HANA 2.0, and Snowflake.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Access, and Excel for self-service analytics.
• Strong UX/UI design principles for dashboard usability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with benefit tracking and reporting processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
