Drive business decisions through quantitative analysis of large datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other statistical tools.
• Produce recommendations and use hypothesis testing to validate findings.
• Identify and measure levers to move essential metrics and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor logging.
• Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics and user behaviors.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related role.
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical packages such as R, Python, Matlab, or SAS.
• Experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, or time series analyses.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven way.
• Experience using analytics to affect revenue, growth, or operations.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
