Description

You will support Data Warehouse environments by onboarding organizational data and driving operational enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end SDLC using waterfall methodology, including implementation plans, dates, and change requests.
• Develop test cases, perform testing, and oversee defect identification and resolution.
• Create work plans, project schedules, and status reports while assisting with resource and cost-benefit estimations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and operational support to internal business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with major software systems implementation.
• Expertise in using SQL for ETL within a Data Warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Query Analyzer to research, test, and analyze data within tables.
• Direct experience working with raw data and navigating data movement through systems.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze and document complex process and data flows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicare Claims, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and the Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of data models, data management, and data movement.
• Experience with project management methodologies and process re-engineering.
