Lead technical delivery and solution design for data warehouse management and AI/ML platforms in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Drive development practices as a core agile team member to deliver technology solutions on time and to spec.
• Design high availability applications and build processes for data transformation, metadata, and workload management.
• Build and update proof of concepts to facilitate testing and team feedback.
• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and resolve complex data pipeline issues proactively.
• Communicate solution designs effectively to internal and external business partners.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical delivery and solution leadership.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Talend, and Power BI for design and coding.
• Deep proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, and Power BI architecture including DAX and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Talend and Snowflake methodologies, execution, and data validation.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, or rapid application development methodologies.
• Experience with ETL processes, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Proven track record managing data warehouse data management and AI/ML platforms.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Source Control.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced analytics using Azure platforms.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Certifications such as PMI Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
