Lead the technical direction for data platform development and engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and developer teams, defining technical strategy, best practices, and architecture.
• Architect, develop, and manage scalable, secure data solutions on AWS and Databricks.
• Oversee the design and development of data pipelines for large-scale ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Enforce data validation, lineage, and quality checks, defining governance standards.
• Drive strategic data migrations from on-prem/legacy systems to cloud-native platforms.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Security best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale data solutions.
• Experience with data migration strategies to cloud environments.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow.
