Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop Python-based data test automation frameworks, including unit and integration testing, packaging, and virtual environment practices.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and services using pandas, SQLAlchemy/pyodbc, asyncio, and celery.
• Design stored procedures and write high-performance SQL for large datasets, including query tuning and execution-plan analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate promotion of code, data, and database objects using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab with strong Git and code-review hygiene.
• Orchestrate batch workflows using schedulers such as AutoSys, Control-M, or Airflow, and use shell/Python scripting for batch automation.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python and data automation/testing.
• Python and MySQL for building and validating automated data workflows.
• pandas, SQLAlchemy, and pyodbc for data processing and database connectivity.
• asyncio and celery for pipeline and service execution patterns.
• CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitLab, plus unit/integration testing practices.

Good to Have:

• Pytest, cloud exposure (Azure/AWS), containers/Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (Bicep/Terraform).
• DevSecOps gates such as Sonar, Mend, and ZAP.
• Capital-markets domain exposure (e.g., ION blotter integrations) and messaging/API patterns in trading data stacks.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
