Description

Required Skills:
8+ years of Data Test experience with 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing.
Expertise in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
Experience with Data Warehouse testing and source-to-target validation.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, ADF, or AWS Glue.
Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead ETL and Data Migration testing efforts.
Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
Validate data integrity, transformations, and reconciliation.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
Track defects, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
