Description

You will lead test automation efforts and data validation processes within a technical testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute reusable automated test scripts using Python and the Robot framework.
• Define the automated test strategy and approach while following established automation guidelines.
• Analyse requirements and technical designs from a testing perspective to identify potential issues.
• Manage test data and monitor, document, and report defects through to closure.
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to set up and monitor CI/CD delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Expertise in Python and the Robot framework.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using XML, CSV, JSON, and plain text formats.
• Strong experience writing and preparing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, ALM, Bitbucket, and Git.
• Ability to gather and manage complex test data sets.
• Experience working within CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with various internal functions and client organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, qTest, and Protector.
• Knowledge of JVM, Java, Angular JS, and JavaScript.
• Domain experience in Banking, Regulatory Compliance, KYC, or Payments.
