You will lead the Data Center of Excellence, driving growth and establishing foundational standards for data engineering and analytics practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the Data Center of Excellence by developing capabilities across data architecture, engineering, analytics, quality, and governance.
• Scale the Data Engineering practice by setting standards, hiring talent, and building next-gen data solutions and methodologies.
• Define and execute data modernization strategies enabling real-time analytics and AI/ML adoption.
• Design and deliver modern data platform solutions supporting scalable analytics and advanced insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor, shaping data roadmaps and governance frameworks for client and internal executives.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in data strategy, architecture, or transformation leadership in global consulting or IT services.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing data lakes, lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and streaming architectures.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale global data transformation programs and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and MDM.
• Experience integrating data pipelines with ML Ops, feature stores, and BI/visualization tools.
• Experience in data quality frameworks, monitoring, and validation across large-scale data environments.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their impact on data architectures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
