Lead the Data Center of Excellence, establishing standards for data engineering, analytics, and governance while driving modernization strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Data Center of Excellence by developing capabilities across data architecture, engineering, and quality.
• Scale the Data Engineering practice by setting standards, hiring talent, and building next-gen data solutions.
• Define and execute data modernization strategies enabling real-time analytics and AI/ML adoption.
• Design and deliver modern data platform solutions supporting scalable analytics and advanced insights.
• Shape data roadmaps and governance frameworks for client and internal executives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years in data strategy, architecture, or transformation leadership.
• Hands-on experience designing data lakes, lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and streaming architectures.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and MDM.
• Experience integrating data pipelines with ML Ops, feature stores, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their impact on data architectures.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale global data transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data quality frameworks, monitoring, and validation across large-scale environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
