Description

You will design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to deliver critical insights to stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable data models using DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL for performance tracking.
• Apply data storytelling techniques to translate complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into impactful BI solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance, managing data refresh rates, load times, and user experience.
• Manage Power BI service environments, including workspace organization, deployment pipelines, and row-level security (RLS).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence with a focus on data visualization.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, covering end-to-end dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Python.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation.
• Ability to integrate Power BI with diverse data sources, including SQL databases and APIs.
• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
