Description

You will develop enterprise-wide data analytics and visualizations to support data-driven business decisions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, reporting systems, automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. You will consolidate redundant reporting to ensure consistent and efficient information use across business units. Drive data visualization efforts to convey complex information clearly to internal and external audiences. Communicate data nuances and statistical insights to all levels of the company. Create and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, data mapping, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Proven experience as a healthcare data analyst within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
• Ability to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights through storytelling and presentation building.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical or analytical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or QlikView.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Patient Hub Data, or Syndicated Claims data (IQVIA DDD, Symphony Health, EDI 852/867).
• Working knowledge of data mining, predictive analytics, and collecting data from on-premises and cloud-based sources.
