You will build and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to support enterprise-wide data-driven decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, and automation systems.
• Consolidate redundant reporting to ensure consistent information use across business units.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights through storytelling.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, data mapping, and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Proven experience as a healthcare data analyst within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
• Ability to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights through storytelling and presentation building.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Experience with Power BI or QlikView.
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Patient Hub Data, or Syndicated Claims data (IQVIA DDD, Symphony Health, EDI 852/867).

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of data mining, predictive analytics, and collecting data from on-premises and cloud-based sources.
