Description

You will manage the transition of legacy mainframe data systems into modern cloud data warehousing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical system and integration specifications.
• Design, develop, and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC.
• Convert legacy mainframe code into modern IDMC workflows.
• Analyze existing logic, reports, and data flows to facilitate transformation.
• Support real-time and batch data flows while optimizing for quality and performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Experience with mainframe legacy code conversion including JCL, COOLGEN, COBOL, and FOCUS.
• Proficiency in designing and managing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with data modeling specifically for cloud data warehousing.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and mainframe flat files.
• Experience with scripting languages and cloud ecosystem evolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience validating integrated data through direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
