Description

You will manage, monitor, and administer database systems for communicable disease data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly data management tasks for STD and other communicable disease data.
• Monitor and optimize Data Exchange Interfaces using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) daily.
• Perform daily database administration for STD and communicable disease databases.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and scheduled jobs.
• Manage source control systems like Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of MS SQL Server Administration experience.
• 5+ years of MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience.
• 5+ years of MS SQL Stored procedures, triggers, scheduling, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or later.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Development Studio or Visual Studio for package development.
• 5+ years of SQL programming experience including stored procedures, functions, triggers, DTS packages, scheduled jobs, and linked servers.
• 5+ years experience with SQL relational databases, OLTP, and DSS.
• 5+ years importing data into large-scale data warehouse environments using SSIS or Data Import functionality.
• 5+ years experience with Source Control systems like Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server.
