Description

You will own the Common Batch Framework, Common Scheduler, and Teradata infrastructure to ensure reliable data availability for critical business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Warehouse change management infrastructure, including code and DDL promotions via manual and automated build processes.
• Enforce Linux security models on DW ETL servers, including group authorizations, sudo access, and elevated access reviews.
• Conduct data architecture reviews, audits, and compliance checks to align with enterprise standards and remediate audit findings.
• Troubleshoot escalated data warehouse issues, monitor system performance, and execute data profiling and cleansing rules.
• Migrate data warehouse processes to standardized frameworks and manage disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Teradata experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Linux experience.
• Proven ability to support data loading from multiple source systems.
• Strong background in ETL workflows and data integration processes.
• Experience with Data Warehouse architecture and data architecture reviews.
• Ability to provide targeted training and technical guidance to development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external vendors and third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of SoM and MDHHS/DTMB policies.
