Description

You will lead the technical analysis, design, and implementation of a new data warehouse environment on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data schemas, data lakes, data marts, and other data assets.
• Develop data mappings, flows, and cleansing procedures to move data from core systems to Azure Synapse.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop dashboard wireframes.
• Guide and educate the IT Data Team on effective designs, industry standards, and best practices.
• Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle from selection and transfer to final presentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Expertise in SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Strong proficiency in Data Modeling.
• Experience working within a Lean Agile development environment.
• Ability to perform complex analytical problem-solving on information systems.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau Studio.
• Experience with Talend.
