Description

Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse and data mart architectures to support insurance business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new data marts while consolidating and improving existing structures.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ETL data pipelines and source system extraction processes.
• Build, test, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and Spotfire systems.
• Operationalize prediction models and automate data loading processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all DW/DM and ETL workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Data Modeling experience using Star and Snowflake schemas.
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing ML, predictive, and AI systems.
• 7+ years of experience with TIBCO Spotfire Analyst and Web Player using IronPython, JavaScript, and R.
• 7+ years of experience developing ETL pipelines using IBI Data Migrator or similar tools.
• 7+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development, including triggers, stored procedures, packages, and query optimization.
• 4+ years of experience implementing data governance, data quality, and data lineage programs.
• 2+ years of experience in the Workers' Compensation Insurance industry (Medical Billing, Claims, DBL, PFL, Underwriting, Premium, and Payroll).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TERR and automation services within Spotfire.
