Description

You will lead the strategic design and implementation of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) SaaS solution and Data Governance platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the EDW architecture in coordination with team members and vendors.
• Define data standards, models, and governance policies for the warehouse architecture.
• Determine the strategy for transitioning data sources from existing legacy systems to the new EDW.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to capture and implement requirements.
• Ensure high levels of data availability and governance compliance across the organization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data warehouse architecture, including cloud SaaS solutions.
• 10+ years of proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, Cobol, and JCL.
• 10+ years of experience with data governance policies, procedures, and security standards.
• 8+ years of experience with data modeling, database design, and ETL tools.
• 8+ years of experience with multiple database platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Netezza, and IMS DB.
• 8+ years of experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with APIs, integration technologies, and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a solutions architect with a focus on data quality assessment.
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT data standards such as HIPAA.
• Experience migrating on-premise data warehouses to cloud platforms.
