Design and implement clinical data architectures that merge disparate source systems into a cohesive, longitudinal framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual and logical frameworks to support clinical data domains.
• Identify common data elements across multiple disparate origin source systems.
• Devising and implementing plans to merge data into a unified longitudinal framework.
• Coordinate data extracts and exports with origin source systems.
• Define and implement data cleansing and processing routines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Data Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Data Processing experience.
• 3+ years with Oracle Health (formerly Cerner).
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Experience with Google Cloud Infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Google BigQuery experience.
