You will act as a bridge between high-level business needs and technical implementation within a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Decompose high-level information into actionable technical details and solution ideas.
Distinguish actual user needs from surface-level requests to ensure accurate requirement gathering.
Write detailed business requirements documentation (BRDs) and functional requirements documentation (FRDs).
Collaborate within a team setting to reconcile conflicts and drive project progress.
Analyze and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple disparate sources.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in a professional business or project analyst capacity.
Expertise in writing BRDs and FRDs.
Proficiency with MS Office (2013, 2016, and above).
Experience using Visio or similar design and flowcharting tools.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex information sets.
Proven ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills
MBA or a relevant technical degree.
Domain experience in the housing or financial sectors, specifically regarding accounting, bonds, mortgages, underwriting, or loan origination and servicing.
Knowledge of grants, tax credits, property asset management, and compliance reporting.
