Description

You will translate high-level business needs into actionable technical specifications for data warehouse implementations. You will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Decompose high-level information into actionable technical details and solution architectures.
• Distinguish actual user needs from surface-level requests to ensure precise requirement gathering.
• Write detailed business requirements documentation (BRDs) and functional requirements documentation (FRDs).
• Collaborate within the team to reconcile conflicts and drive project progress.
• Analyze and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple disparate sources.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a professional business or project analyst capacity.
• Expertise in writing BRDs and FRDs.
• Proficiency with MS Office (2013, 2016, and above).
• Experience using Visio or similar design and flowcharting tools.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex information sets.
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or a relevant technical degree.
• Domain experience in housing or financial sectors, specifically regarding accounting, bonds, mortgages, or loan origination and servicing.
