Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions, architectures, and ETL pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design data warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, and metadata structures.
• Reverse engineer business processes, data streams, and source systems.
• Develop efficient ETL processes and implement technical designs for BI solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and support SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS environments.
• Implement data security best practices including HIPAA compliance and optimize release, testing, and error-handling processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency with SQL Server ETL development (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• Experience with large dataset manipulation and WhereScape.
• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Alteryx.
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL, Visual Studio, and data warehouse documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in health/life insurance, benefits, accounting, financials, or investments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA data and healthcare claims.
• Familiarity with Azure, ERP applications (PeopleSoft, Safyr), and Agile methodologies.
