Description

Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions across multiple projects. Lead offshore support teams to ensure seamless coordination and milestone delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Identify system gaps, propose technical improvements, and drive continuous optimization. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL solutions for large data volume processing and performance tuning.
• Apply data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data architecture principles to build robust solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures in collaboration with product owners.
• Manage and coordinate offshore support teams to deliver project milestones.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and SQL/PLSQL development.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Exadata environments.
• Strong background in data modeling and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AutoSys for job scheduling.
• Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripting.
• Experience with Java or Python for data processing tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Starburst or MicroStrategy (MSTR).
