Description

You will lead large-scale data warehouse programs focused on insurance domain migrations and ensure seamless integration of disparate data sources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration efforts from mainframe systems (DB2) and open systems (Oracle, SQL Server) to cloud environments.
• Manage data migration programs, supporting or owning their success.
• Ensure seamless integration of disparate data sources into a unified data warehouse by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Apply data governance, quality, and compliance practices across migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise with DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server data sources.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading patterns.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data migrations, specifically within the insurance domain.
• Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Background in cloud data migration program support.
