Description

You will design, implement, and operationalize large-scale data and analytics solutions on the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop ELT pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SnowSQL to manage data ingestion and transformation.
• Design data models using OLTP, OLAP, dimensions, and facts to support business requirements.
• Translate mapping specifications into data transformation designs, code, and execution strategies.
• Provide production support for data warehouse issues, including data load and transformation problems.
• Establish and monitor operational level agreements for warehouse health, performance, cost, and data quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing production-grade large-scale data solutions on Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities including SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, and Stored Procedures.
• Proficiency in Python and Databricks for data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, OLTP, and OLAP architectures.
• Experience writing scripts in UNIX and Python for ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of MS Azure configuration items in relation to Snowflake.
• Ability to lead and drive the performance of local and offshore developer teams.
• Proven ability to solve problems and design solutions in environments with unclear requirements.
