Description

You will manage data extraction and transformation processes to support Workday HCM integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from legacy systems and transform it for Workday HCM compatibility.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.
• Monitor ETL pipelines for performance and resolve bottlenecks or issues.
• Perform data quality assurance and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business unit personnel and stakeholders on data requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing or BI development.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Proficiency in ETL pipelines, data extraction, and data transformation.
• Experience with data loading and workflow development.
• Strong skills in performance tuning and data quality assurance.
• Ability to work with database design and data modeling migrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating data from Kronos, Cornerstone, or Workday.
