Description

Design and maintain data workflows for the intake, transformation, and integration of customer feedback datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable relational and non-relational database schemas, including tables, relationships, and metadata standards.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows to ingest data from APIs, CSVs, SaaS platforms, and cloud storage.
• Automate recurring data ingestion and transformation processes to streamline manual workflows.
• Integrate disparate platforms such as Airtable, Microsoft 365, and SFDC using APIs or middleware.
• Conduct regular QA checks to ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, workflow design, or platform integration.
• Proven expertise building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple data sources.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data cleaning and transformation.
• Strong experience with relational database design and metadata management.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with workflow design and platform integration.
• Ability to manage large, unstructured datasets and convert them into structured formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
