Description

You will manage and implement monitoring tools to ensure application and infrastructure stability.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer monitoring tools based on agreed technical designs.
• Customize reports using Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR).
• Troubleshoot application performance issues using OBM or APM tool outputs.
• Perform deep dive analysis of performance issues from application code through to network topology.
• Support and troubleshoot OBM and APM related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with MicroFocus APM/OBM product suites.
• Hands-on experience with APM/BSM Suite including BPM, RUM, EUM, SLM, RTSM, and Sitescope.
• Proficiency with OBM tools including OBR, uCMDB, Operations Agent, and Cloud management packs for AWS and Azure.
• Experience with NNMi and Cloud Optimizer.
• System administration experience with HPUX, Linux, and Windows.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event and Topology integration of Microfocus tools using BSM Connectors.
• Integration of Microfocus tools with 3rd party ticketing tools like SNOW.
• Configuring BPM monitors using multiple Vugen scripting protocols.
