Description

Provide L2 production support for Markit EDM environments within a 24/7 shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily incidents, change requests, and problem tasks within the support process.
• Troubleshoot Markit EDM by accessing components, analyzing logs, and identifying errors.
• Execute Markit EDM job reruns and service restarts.
• Maintain database stability through active production support.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in L2 Production support.
• 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Markit EDM.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of database administration.
• Any Graduate degree.
